Can't agree. This piece is based mainly on circular logic, as pointed by others.

React is a library / UI framework. It does the job it is intended to do. If people are not learning anything besides React, the problem is not with React, but with the community.

I just can't get the point of an article that blames a tool for being a good, useful tool.
